By clicking the ‘Purchase’ button during the checkout process, you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the ‘checkout process’) you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order.
- Your status
If you’re an individual who’s placing an order, you must be above 15 years old or older, to purchase any products or services from us.
- Your order
When you order products and services from this site, we treat this as an offer from you to purchase such products and services. We may refuse to accept such orders for any number of reasons – such as a failure to meet payment verification criteria, unavailability of products or services, product or pricing errors.
On receipt of your order we’ll send you an email describing the products and services you’ve ordered. These communications confirm we’ve received your order, but don’t represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We’re not legally obliged to provide the products and services to you during the offer process (before the contract is completed). The contract between you and us will only be completed when we dispatch the products to you. Any products or services on the same order which haven’t been dispatched to you don’t form part of that contract.
- Availability and Delivery
We make every effort to provide you with availability information for products and services on this site. Beyond what we say on such pages, we can’t be more specific about availability and delivery dates. We make every best effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. As we process your order we’ll inform you if any products or services on your order turn out to be unavailable or delayed for any reason.
Utrophy shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged upon your order. Your order will then be processed within 24 hours. Any order cancellation request has to be informed within 24 hours. We appreciate that if you will inform us the reason for cancellation in order for us to better serve you on your future purchase with us. We apologize we are not able to accept any order cancellation after 24 hours or when your merchandise had been shipped out. However, in the event that your ordered merchandise model were sold out or discontinued, you will be notified via e-mail with the updated stock status. You will have the choice to either cancel your order for a full refund or to keep your order if you are willing to wait for the next stock shipment.
- Duty and Tax
Utrophy may from time to time, ship your orders from any of our worldwide distribution centres to bring you the BEST OFFER price, in such case; you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Once the product is in your country, apart from shipping charges, you are responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply. This cost is not calculated into the cost of your ordered items.
Utrophy has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, states to states, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
However, duties and import tax are only applicable to certain countries. Our carrier will handle all customs clearance work for you and deliver your order right to your doorstep.
- Limitation of Liability
You are expressly understood and agreed that terms liability is limited solely to the selling price of the items purchased.
If you’re a consumer, the terms of this agreement won’t affect any legal rights you may have under any law, and which we can’t exclude. We’ll send you notice by email, text, voicemail or other form of electronic message. Please tell us about any changes to your contact details so we can contact you in relation to your order or use of our services. We may update these terms from time to time, so please check the then-current version before you place your order.
